Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 21, 2026
Planr Plus ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Access
When you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to your Google Calendar data.
This may include:
- Calendar metadata (such as calendar names and IDs)
- Calendar events (such as titles, descriptions, dates/times, and related event details)
We do not request permission to create, edit, or delete Google Calendar events at this time.
How We Use Information
We use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve Planr Plus core functionality.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Sharing
We do not share your Google Calendar data with third parties except:
- when required by law, or
- when needed to protect the security, rights, or integrity of our service.
Data Protection & Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect sensitive information.
- Sensitive stored data, including OAuth credentials and calendar event content, is encrypted at rest.
- Data sent between your device and our service is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS in production.
- Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized systems and personnel who need it to operate and secure the service.
- You can revoke Google access at any time in your Google account, and disconnecting a calendar in Planr Plus disables future sync and removes or revokes connected credentials where supported.
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or operational requirements.
Your Choices
You can revoke Planr Plus access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
